‘ScarFace’ is a Shiny web application developed to facilitate the use of the R-package ‘seacarb’ (http://CRAN.R-project.org/package=seacarb). ‘seacarb’ calculates the carbonate chemistry of seawater using a command-line interface. For potential users not familiar with such interface, ‘ScarFace’ enables to use ‘seacarb’ via a user interface (ui) without the need for digging into R.
There are two ways to use ScarFace:
