Join Dr. Elizabeth McLeod of The Nature Conservancy and Dr. Yimnang Golbuu of the Palau International Coral Reef Center for a discussion on ocean acidification. At the forefront of research linking ocean acidification (OA) to coral reef management, Dr. McLeod will provide an update on the latest scientific developments regarding the impacts of OA on coral reef ecosystem health. Dr. Golbuu will discuss steps that Palau has been taking to conserve their reefs taking OA into account, and will provide management insights for coral reef managers and practitioners. The webinar will conclude with a discussion of how these management recommendations could be applied globally, and a Q&A.
