A D A G I O (AciDification effects of AGgregation In the Ocean)

ADAGIO is a joint U.S.-German study of the effects of ocean acidification on particle aggregation. The project is funded by the National Science Foundation Chemical Oceanography Program. It is directed by Cindy Lee of the School of Marine and Atmospheric Science (SoMAS) at Stony Brook University in Stony Brook, New York, and Anja Engel of the Alfred Wegener Institute for Polar and Marine Research in Bremerhaven (AWI), Germany, and SoMAS.
