seacarb gets updated to v. 2.2

Andreas Hofmann kindly reported some bugs in the pressure corrections used in seacarb. Note that this did not affect calculations for surface waters (P=0). Hopefully, version 2.2 fixes all bugs and provides accurate values at depth too. The latest version can be downloaded here. Note that it may take a few days before the new version propagates through all CRAN servers. Make sure that you are using version 2.2.

seacarb is a product of the European Project on Ocean Acidification (EPOCA). Comments are welcome (bug reports too!).
