This Special Issue will be fully open access, with Article Processing Charges (APC) waived for well prepared manuscripts submitted before 1 January 2011. The APC for manuscripts submitted after 31 December 2010 are 300 CHF. However, a fee of 250 CHF may apply if English editing or extensive revisions must be undertaken by the Editorial Office.
