New Global Ocean Health report released

Global Ocean Health, a program of the National Fisheries Conservation Center, has recently released a new edition of their “Ocean Acidification Report”. As rightfully asserted by its editing team, the report represents an excellent “timely compilation of news from the front lines of OA research, legislation, resources, and profiles from the waterfront”.

This edition gives an insight into dissemination and outreach efforts aiming to place the ocean on the climate negotiations list for the upcoming UNFCCC COP21 in Paris. It also emphasizes new funding opportunities for ocean acidification research on economically relevant species and the public-private partnerships in shellfish hatcheries emerging on the US East Coast.  But there are many other interesting subjects to discover…
