This event features a series of six informative and entertaining rapid talks, making the case that ocean acidification is a compelling reason to reduce carbon dioxide emissions immediately. The talks include several short videos on ocean acidification. Ocean acidification emerged as a priority out of the RIO+20 Summit and the Our Ocean Conference hosted by the State Department. This event demonstrates that the health of the ocean is a U.S. government priority.
